As a born and raised Vancouverite, Rick Valouche has tremendous knowledge and insight into Vancouver’s unique lifestyle and distinctive real estate market. Rick is a past Director and President of the British Columbia Real Estate Association and a Director at Large with the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver for 9 years. For the year 2006 Rick serves as the President of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Served as a Director with the Real Estate Council of BC for 2 years.
